The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India welcomes the participants and delegates of the Seventh Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP7) to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC), scheduled from 7 November to 12 November, 2016 at India Expo Mart Ltd., Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The WHO FCTC is the world’s first public health treaty provides a new legal dimension for international cooperation in healthcare in combating the tobacco epidemic. This is considered to be one of the most widely embraced treaties in the history of WHO and the United Nations.
India has been working towards bringing together and advancing global co-operation and awareness of the WHO FCTC. COP7 will be a significant push for universal health and well-being, and your participation will enhance the value of the event.
